At CAZE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Product Photos
- Packaging Photos (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Used or altered products
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We only replace products if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly shipped
For exchange requests, please contact our support team.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, CAZE will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
